Using a small scanner attached to your desktop computer, you simply scan your checks and submit them electronically (secure – we promise) for immediate deposit with SpiritBank.

  • We’ll make sure the PrimeMate Depositor™ is right for you and your company. If it is, we proceed to the next step….
  • We’ll come out to your location to set up the hardware, install the software and give you and your staff a personalized training session.
  • Once everything is smooth sailing – you can scan your checks.
  • An image of each individual deposit is stored on your computer and upon your approval, is transmitted electronically to SpiritBank.
  • You receive a confirmation number from SpiritBank.
  • Voila – you’ve just been paid.
